Working within established governance, solution standards, and approval processes.
Facilitation of Fit-to-Standard Workshops
Confirming how the global template supports Australian business processes and identifying true local gaps.
Australian Compliance & Taxation Alignment
Including GST, BAS, asset accounting, statutory reporting, payroll interfaces, and local regulatory obligations.
Configuration & Localisation Support
Implementing approved local configuration in line with global design principles.
Data Preparation & Migration Support
Assisting local teams with data readiness, validation, reconciliation, and mock loads.
Testing Coordination
Supporting Unit Testing, coordinating local User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing defect resolution with global teams.
User Training & Change Support
Delivering role-based training and supporting local change adoption.
Cutover & Go-Live Execution
Managing local cutover activities and coordinating with global release schedules.
Local Hypercare Support
Providing on-the-ground support post go-live to stabilise operations and transition into steady-state support.
