Delivering Value to Clients

Projects delivered on-time/on-budget whilst exceeding customer expectations. Support delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. A cohesive team of experts working directly with your business personnel will make it happen.

A valid business case requires that the Benefits outweigh the Costs. Our consultants are proactive in maximizing the Business Benefit, whilst minimising Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Focusing solely on unit price rarely delivers the best value because it ignores the multiplier. Bigger, more hierarchical service providers often rely on layers of management overhead to ensure quality output from less experienced resources. We believe that a gun functional consultant, technical consultant or programmer will invariably deliver a better solution in a fraction of the time.

We also believe that a direct line between the customer that asks and consultant that delivers is inherently more time and cost efficient. When requirements are met the first time – everyone benefits from less time spent in meetings. Happy days!

With decades of combined experience, we’ve witnessed potential pitfalls that can beset projects and support models for complex ERP and Business Intelligence systems. Our learnings have shaped our business model and practices that help us deliver our unique Value Proposition.

Point of Difference

Experience

Our consultants experience is best measured in decades. We enjoy a challenge, but in all likelihood, the issues presented to us have been seen and solved before. Our small team of 8 people have worked on over a hundred major projects.

Low overheads

We aim to be as time and cost efficient as possible. Limiting the team to highly experienced individuals allows us to greatly reduce the double handling and validation required by a more hierarchical consulting model. The same team has worked together many times over. We assign the best person for the task – not just the person available.

Tailored Deliverables

We seek to support system change and improvement without generating content that quickly loses relevance. Agreeing with our clients in advance the nature of our documentation and the intended longevity/reuse is critical to this end.

Flexibility

Being small allows us to be flexible. We do not require long term contracts; our resourcing can be on an as-required basis. We bring a wealth of tools and methodology to our process, however, we do not force any tool, methodology or process on to our clients.

Continuity

Our team is stable and mature. No need to deal with new faces every month.

Local

Our consultants are Brisbane-based and where possible we deliver our services on-site. This speeds resolution and maximizes knowledge transfer.
